EYELINER DUO Both Upper and Lower PMU Eyeliner are done during the same appointment. 2hr $450 + tax ________________________________ UPPER or LOWER LID EYELINER For Lower Lid, the PMU Eyeliner is done under the "wet line."  1hr 30min $300  + tax The lash line enhancement procedure places pigment along the top eyelashes to define the eyes and gives the illusion of thicker, darker and fuller lashes. The color can be black or a dark brown for how wants one effect more natural. The effect lasts on average 1 to 3 years, as it is not a tattoo.            A topical anesthetic is used throughout the procedure, so you don't feel pain. As for the scarring, it doesn't form a scab, you can go to work normally the next day. After the procedure, I will explain what your care will be.
